Hit And Run In Irondale Fatally Injures South Carolina Woman

IRONDALE, AL – A single-vehicle wreck led to the death of one pedestrian over the weekend, CBS 42 reports. A vehicle traveling along I-20 on Sunday when it struck a woman in the travel lanes of the highway. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office reports that the woman, a 27-year-old from South Carolina, was killed at the site of the crash. The car fled the scene of the accident.
