Crash in Palos Verdes Peninsula leaves driver dead

LOS ANGELES, CA – An accident in Palos Verdes Peninsula left the driver of a Tesla dead on Tuesday afternoon, ABC 7 reports. 

The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on the 2700 block of Sunnyridge Road. A woman driving a Tesla lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole and another car.

She died at the scene. It is not clear what caused her to lose control of the Tesla.
